Project: Intercultural Mobile Workshop

Global Learning and Technology are Fun!

The project is aimed at children and adolescents in extracurricular and school settings.

Our mobile workshop provides them with the opportunity to access our technical and intercultural educational offerings.

In a playful manner, we introduce them to STEM subjects and technologies, encouraging them to discover new interests in these areas and develop their potential.

We particularly emphasize motivating girls, who are still underrepresented in this field. We want to encourage them to venture into technology and STEM subjects.

The offerings of New Hope and Light e.V. empower them to actively engage in sustainability and environmental protection, ultimately contributing to their own future.

Our playful approach, without pressure to perform, helps children and adolescents engage with technology in a relaxed atmosphere. This way, they discover that technology is enjoyable and broaden their perspective, including regarding their career choices.

Intercultural Mobile Workshop Flyer

With our mobile workshop, we travel throughout the Berlin city area to visit children and adolescents in both school and extracurricular settings, as well as in “unplayed” spaces.

The intercultural interaction among children and adolescents, including those with different migration backgrounds and those without, both among themselves and with our international team, promotes intercultural social competence for all involved.
