is an independent provider of child and youth welfare services and a non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities and promoting social inclusion.
Our work is aimed at children, teenagers and young adults – particularly those with diverse educational backgrounds and varying support needs.
Our educational programmes have historically evolved from practical workshops, particularly in the areas of sustainability, environmental education and intercultural learning. We focus on active learning, project work and experiments that build self-confidence, skills and perspectives. This preventive educational work remains a key foundation of our organisation’s profile to this day.
In recent years, we have further professionalised our structures and specifically expanded our range of services – with a stronger focus on career guidance, skills development and the transition to apprenticeships and employment. Our practical educational work combines technical, digital and creative learning formats with individual support and an inclusive, low-threshold approach.
