Activation & career guidance (AZAV)
Individual support for perspectives, motivation and career steps
New Hope and Light. e.V. offers measures for activation and career orientation as part of its AZAV accreditation. The aim is to support people in challenging life situations or transitional phases in recognising their own strengths, developing career prospects and planning realistic next steps.
The services are aimed at teenagers, young adults and adults in need of support – especially those with interrupted educational backgrounds, migration histories or a lack of career orientation.
The focus is on:
- individual assessment and skills analysis
- strengthening motivation, self-confidence and personal responsibility
- initial orientation in training, qualification or work
- low-threshold, practical learning and experience formats
Our measures build on our many years of educational work in the fields of STEM, media, sustainability and intercultural education and are structured, documented and implemented in accordance with AZAV quality assurance standards.
