Certified Quality in Education, Training, and Career Guidance<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

New Hope and Light e. V. is an educational provider accredited under the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV)<\/b> (DEKRA). On this basis, we develop and implement programs for activation, training, career guidance, and job placement.<\/p>\n

Our programs are aimed at teens, young adults, and adults<\/b>, particularly those with diverse educational backgrounds, support needs, or who are in a phase of career exploration. These programs build on our many years of experience in practical education<\/b>, in the STEM field<\/b>, in media and technology education<\/b>, and in inclusive youth and adult education<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Activation & Career Guidance<\/h3>\n

Target Group:<\/b> Adolescents and young adults in orientation or transition phases<\/p>\n

We offer activation and career orientation programs that help participants identify their individual strengths, interests, and potential. Through hands-on learning environments, project work, and guided reflection, we foster motivation, self-efficacy, and realistic career prospects.<\/p>\n

The programs are designed to be accessible and combine practical experience in technology, media, creativity, and STEM with individualized support.<\/p>\n

2. Supported placement in training, qualification, or employment<\/h3>\n

Target group:<\/b> People who need support in transitioning to training or work<\/p>\n

As part of our AZAV accreditation, we offer supported placement services. The focus is on providing individualized, consistent support during the transition to training, qualification, or employment.<\/p>\n
